Our Services
Early arrears collections
We work to engage customers when accounts first become overdue for payment. This work can be carried out as part of a client’s internal collections process or in support of their own strategies and may be conducted in the client’s or Bluestone’s name.
Late stage collections
We work on behalf of clients to collect debts that have been through their internal collections processes. This work is typically carried out in the name of Bluestone.
Debt purchase
Bluestone is an active purchaser of debt portfolios from a range of clients in the B2B, Motor Finance and Financial Services sectors.
White-label collections
Collections activity undertaken on behalf of clients but conducted in their name. Bluestone may act as the internal collections function of their client or may conduct activity which supplements their internal collections processes.
Customer management & servicing
A range of customer management and servicing activities undertaken in the name of the client to support their customers and improve the customer journey.
Activity might include:
- Outbound payment reminders
- New customer onboarding/sales
- Customer servicing management/queries
- Complaint handling
Public Sector collections
We work with HMRC to collect a range of tax debts, including:
- VAT
- Self-Assessment
- Corporation Tax
- Tax Credits
