We understand whether you are a business or an individual, that events and life happen.  Whatever the reason for falling behind on your financial obligations, Bluestone is here to support you and to explore appropriate solutions for your individual circumstances.

If we have contacted you, it will be because one of your creditors has passed us your account in the belief that you owe them money.  You can make payment via any of the options listed below.  If you would like to discuss your situation with one of our Customer Advisers contact details are provided on our communications with you and below.

On-line

For many customers, this is the quickest and easiest method for making payment and it is available 24/7, 365 days a year.  Pay by credit or debit card through our secure payment portal.

HMRC accounts:  Call our automated payment line on 0114 231 7509.  Please select 1 and follow the voice prompts to make payment.  Alternatively please hold the line to be transferred to one of our Customer Advisers.

Companies House accounts:  Call our automated payment line on 0114 212 8531.  Please select 1 and follow the voice prompts to make payment.  Alternatively please hold the line to be transferred to one of our Customer Advisers.

Affordability is important to Bluestone and in most instances we require your Income & Expenditure (I&E) information, to support any offers of payment.

There are several options for sending that information to us.

You can complete our online I&E form, or you can download our I&E form and send it by post to:
