We offer the opportunity for all employees, regardless of their role in the company, to receive equity in Bluestone in the form of shares. These are typically awarded during the annual remuneration review with the opportunity to sell in liquidity events held every 3-5 years.
Bonuses are regularly awarded as part of the annual remuneration review to recognise great performance. Depending on the job role (for example sales), employees may be eligible for monthly or quarterly bonuses.
