Income & Expenditure Forms:

Affordability is important to Bluestone and in most instances we require your Income & Expenditure (I&E) information, to support any offers of payment.

There are several options for sending that information to us.

You can complete our online I&E form, or you can download our I&E form and send it by post to:

Alternatively, call us on 0114 212 8644 and complete a form over the phone, or request for one to be sent in the post.
